We’ve gone from teams being able to press us and us make loads of mistakes with Pique-Lenglet and Busi in front to Mingueza-Lenglet with Busi in front handling the press and passing it with ease. It’s made even Lenglet calmer on the ball and if you remember Busi was making loads of unforced errors early on in season, now he looks a different player.

Hats off Koeman once again.

It seems to work better now than it did in the fall.
I was arguing for it before Koeman arrived, and was very pleasantly surprised by that move. Didn't know he played there for Ajax as well, so I was very surprised.

He can offer a lot with runs from that position as well.
