Whatever critisism anyone has on him, there are some undisputable facts:
- 1. Our physicality has exploded.
- 2. Our footbal is way more than just watchable. It's actualy enjoyable to watch again after... many years.
- 3. We are improving in some aspect each game we play.
- 4. Messi is older than ever but is running more than ever. Motivation wise, Koeman is great.
- 5. More yourngsters are being tested and trusted than in a long long time.
- 6. We haven't sunk like the Titanic once the one and only EV left. Could actualy bounce back at the top, sooner than expexted.

Sign me up for the cult once Puig starts getting 20ish minutes per game.

yeah it's like he focalizes on playing a lot of youngsters and not the same old washed up dinosaur busi - rakitic - vidal midfield like other so called managers

Plus that he doesn't think fitness is overrated and that nobody knows what it means. Major step up from the previous managers who had no idea how to get the squad to perform at the required intensity levels.

It would mean so much to the players if they won two titles this season. Coming back from a midtable position to actually becoming the favourite in both Liga and Copa is hella strong.

But at the same time I think it would be pretty devastating for the players now that they feel it's in their hands (despite the 4 points up to Atletico). Only acceptable way of conceding the league would be if Atletico would go clean these last few games.

I think players need to accept La Liga could be lost. Devastating would be losing the copa del rey final with the two remontadas they pulled off. For La Liga going for good results from here on til the end and not winning league should be slightly disappointing but at the same time realize that the build work will carry over to next season. If players continue like this next years Liga might be a breeze.

My point is, almost equally important to winning this years La Liga is for the players to realize this team is at a solid level and capable of winning prizes.

Easy there, we're no favorite for La Liga. Winning it would be insane actually and a big fat feather in Koeman's cap.

Actually I'd say we're 3rd favorite.

Why? Atletico are in terrible form and we are ahead of Madrid who are also competing in CL.

Only way I'd buy it is because our schedule is slightly tougher. But Sociedad away was considered a tough game on paper as well.
With only Liga in mind (and the CdR final) there's nothing that says that we should drop form. Full force with an in form team.

Atletico are in not-so-good form, I agree, but we play Madrid, and if we don't win, Atletico have enough margin of error IMO to limp to the title.

We have to beat Madrid away imo, or at least don't lose the match, but winning it is very important. Then we increase our chances by a lot. A lot will depend on the clasico.

Before the season? Sure. Now? I don't think there's a favorite anymore. Maybe Atletico has a slight advantage and Madrid a slight disadvantage and we are somewhere in between.

Basically I don't think we win it if we lose more than 4 points until the end of the season. And Madrid are nasty feckers who win points 90% of the time they play like shit.

RM is bad, and doubt they can put together a streak of wins.
Even last season when they were clearly better than a woeful Barca, they did that streak unconvincingly with a lot of shadows (refs etc).

Atleti has a slight advantage due mainly to their 4 pt lead, rather than their schedule,
but the way they play and recent performances tells me they are going to drop a lot of points til the end

We will have a very clear picture after the next two matchdays. I cant imagine Atletico winning vs Sevilla and Betis away.

Then its the Clasico deciding who is challenging them.

It's Zidane's Madrid. These guys win shit looking like crap half the time. I'll be more comfortable with them after we beat them and put them on -5.
