Patience my friend. It is about upgrading and not changing for the sake of changing. Laporta has Pep in mind and maybe some others, if he can convince them then he will bring them, otherwise he will get Koeman his cheap players he want and spend a year to find a great suitable manager .. and if Koeman impresses somehow then he might get a renewal.

This is better for stability and longterm positive impact
