You can't defend in top-level football like Barca. It's disgrace how easily we give goals to opponents.

To me Barca leaking goals so easily is EASILY the biggest problem. Scoring goals should be secondary for now. We need to learn to defend again.

Defense and attack can't be separated, when teams don't fear your attack they will play relieved and will put pressure in defense.
Atletico was able to attack in counter with multople players as they didn't fear us if we got the ball back.
The exact opposite is also right, when defense is shit, teams can always press you and your offense will suffer.

That's stupid. We don't have the players to dominate the game. Everyone should realize that.

Our best bet is to play solid defensively and HOPE Depay/Fati scores a goal a game and we win. Chelsea tactic in big games. This ain't Barca which can dominate any game. If we try that, it will end up being sterile possession game.

We need to play attacking football but does not mean we cant buy actual defenders. We have bums pretending to be defenders at the moment.

If koeman had come a few years earlier he might have gone for VVD when he was in southampton instead of the other dutch clowns.
