There's not a rule against posting a candidate's manifesto...but Sandro hasn't released his yet and won't do until January when he officially launches his candidature.

Yeh I see Cesc being the name in all fo them. Rooney would actually be pretty good IMO, he can play anywhere across the front 3 and is an all round footballer. I don't see United selling or him wanting to leave though tbh.

I wouldn't be mad if he brought Rooney with him, but I don't see that happening, especially now that Ronaldo is gone and he's the main man at Manure. He doesn't really strike me as a glory hunter the way Ronaldo and Beckham are, he's also much less marketable for obvious reasons and won't have the same cultural impact. I also don't think Rooney would be at his best in La Liga; he's hard working and well rounded so he could certainly make it here, but the higher level of skill would take away his advantages.

Rooney ? He can't play out wide and Ibra will always be the man through the middle. It would not be a worthwhile signing considering the money IMO.

Rooney while have some very good attributes is not fit for Barca's system. It will take me a lot of time to adapt, and frankly he isn't ideal for our left wing position.
