Yeah what they should have done is sign some random over priced south American 'talents' to make sure they didn't go back on that statement....
So the board have to get exact numbers of players signed to be correct every time?
I would guess 90% of the time teams are wrong in their predictions of signings.
most of us knew he was a bastard from the good, so goodbye.
nor for early elections
Better to pay 8M for 3 brazilians who will never wear Barca's shirt.

Bartomeu: Abidal will sign a new deal as soon as he plays
Barcelona vice-president, Josep Maria Bartomeu revealed that a contract renewal for left-back, Eric Abidal has already been drawn up and will be signed when the player finally makes his first appearances for the club this season.
Well they were correct then in number of signings so whats your problem?
Better paying 8m for 2 than around 40m for three that were never going to play and left for fuck all like last board did.
Yet you are not able to back it up.
lol
You do understand that those players still belong to Santos, don't you?

The Camp Nou side are keen to add some fresh blood to their squad this summer and intend to hold on to current head coach Tito Vilanova
Barcelona vice-president Josep Bartomeu has revealed that the Catalans intend to sign four or five new players in the summer transfer window.
The Primera Division leaders have been linked with players such as Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels and Santos forward Neymar in the past few months, but Bartomeu has stressed that they have not reached an agreement with the latter just yet.
"We'll make four or five signings in the summer. We need to shake up the squad. We've also got players from the B team," Barca's vice-president told Catalunya Radio.
"We haven't signed Neymar. He's a player we are interested in, we've said that before, and we'll see what happens when the season finishes."
him eventually resigning is back up enough.
And still some people here think that everything's fine with our club.
