To even consider any PSG players and wasting time building our transfer plans around the is downright stupid. If we didn't learn anything from TS and Marq, than yeah - ok...

He isn't a starter there till now and Van Der Wiel still in his prime with Marquinhos even used at that position depending in the match tactics.
Braida might be trying to see if he is a player who is in their long term plan or not then get advantage of the situation . That is different than Marquinhos & T.Silva or Veratti as it is one thing to target a bench player and going for a key player
I am not saying he will be an easy target ,but it is the right thing to be in his list and test the waters with PSG

He actually is. He might be on a "loan" this season, but with a clause that PSG will and absolutely have to buy him in Summer.

They sealed the deal this way because of the FFP restrictions.

VDW is gone this summer I believe. Marco is playing situationally at RB due to injuries but he's a CB long term. Aurier will be PSG's RB of the future barring anything unforeseen as he's proven his quality over the past two years in both international and club play, never mind Paris being thin at FB besides. Aurier isn't quite the talent of a Lucas, Veratti, or the aforementioned Marquinhos but he isn't far off. Definitely one of the top young RB's in the world.

Actually, Toulouse's president said that they didn't include that clause in the end in the paper they signed...

It's more like a gentlemen's agreement.

I don't think he's untouchable, like key PSG players, they might sell him for good price. The question is why not last summer? Ha was available and wasn't very expensive either.

So basically you are saying Barca or whatever team can actually buy him from Toulouse?

1st option means if another club reached an agreement to sign him you can match that offer .so it still mean if a club like Barca wants him we will buy him from Toulouse not PSG but they can hijack the deal
