And one of the few players in the team without tattoos, which also makes him looking a bit more "normal"...:p

Not many of them has tattoos lol. Only Messi, Suarez and Vidal are absolutely covered in black ink. Chinese dragon is the one looking like the real mafia boss.

Really really really think he should start in midfield. When plays there, his general running off the ball is such a clear juxtaposition to that of Iniesta and Rakitic. The reason why we can't play out from back is because these guys give up on even trying if the opponent puts a little pressure. They don't run for the ball. Simple as that.

It's become a systematic issue now. Nobody runs to open up because if they do get the ball, they know that there won't be supporting runs from the 3rd and 4th man. They can see that receiving the ball in midfield against organized pressure doesn't amount to anything unless there's support from the collective, the whole. We don't really have any mutual solidarity unless some external force ignites our spark. There's no initiative. Roberto brings that. I have no doubt that he will make our game flow. He's got guts and heart this guy. He's no Xavi obviously but that's not what's important at the moment.

His stamina and energy in general is unreal.

Even 77 mins in and when Valverde brings on Semedo, and pushes Roberto up into the Midfield he's still causing a lot of havoc and making runs, despite bombing up and down the pitch at RB, a position that is so demanding on the pitch.

Insane stamina. True.
