Isn't Samper the only guy to go through all the La Masia classes? He surely wouldn't leave Barça that easily. A loan? Probably yes...

I won't put so much in the rumor ,but let's be honest here
Player like Deulofeu was the club most promising youngster for years and got many offers from other clubs but stayed loyal and paid his dues in the Youth system and Barca B and how the favor returned? a couple of loans for teams weren't even the best situation for him while Hector Bellerin is proving that leaving the club was the right decision .those things will make any prospect no matter how loyal he is to think about his future in the club
And he is playing in the same position as Busquets who will keep being a started for may be the next half decade too(no he isn't a CM ,at least not yet ) .I am not expecting him to leave but he has the reasons to consider his options .hopefully he will decide in favor of staying

Wait, are you blaming Barcelona for Deulofeu not cutting it at senior level? He wasnt good enough for Everton and Sevilla, what makes you think he would have done better at Barcelona!?!? The fact of the matter is that most big talents dont make it. Even the "most promising youngsters". Regarding Bellerin, perhaps you should also remember that there have been dozens of La Masia talents who thought it would be smarter to go to another club, just like Bellerin, but failed miserably and never heard from again. No one remembers them....

Actually I didn't say that ,I said he didn't get a chance he earned throughout his youth career .that the club didn't help
God only knows if it was gonna be different if he stays or not .but Deulofeu was handled wrong .he might have failed(still premature to use that word but still) in any case but we should always try to maximize every talent and help them
The most important time for a youngster is the 1st couple of years breaking into first team . 10 years ago we have been brilliant with our youngsters and have been able to know what to do with each of them ,we was able in most of the time even those who didn't make it like Sergio Garcia .still left and had good career .this doesn't ably with current board
The only exception I remember is Bojan and GDS ,the later was partying hard when he was 18 .we sold him early because he wasn't helping himself .Bojan was promoted early because that was Rijkaard way .he liked to promote players early and put them under his wings at the age of 17-18 ,Pep was more interested in promoting them between 19-21 and he wanted him to return to B team but he rejected (that was a rumor not fact tbh) .the change of coaches hurted him badly
Players always have their best interest 1st even the loyal one .if a club shows he is capable of maximizing players talents and help them to make the break in senior level a lot of youngsters will stay .they will understand if a player don't cut was due to him
But we are showing otherwise ,our loans has been random to say at least .it has only worked with Rafinha .I would expect more youth players to show loyalty and I won't blame anyone if he consider his options
Hopefully we will get back into being more capable of helping our own players into senior level

Players dont earn chances through youth careers. Countless players have been great as youths, but fail big time at senior level. A guy like Gai Assulin was more hyped up than Deulofeu was in his youth. Look how he progressed.

I really fail to see what you mean by Deulofeu earned his chance. And its not the board who decides who the coach wants to count on. Lucho simply didnt think Deulofeu was good enough for the best team in the world, and who can argue against that, seeing how Deu hasnt been good enough for teams inferior to ours.

Actually that is what they does ,they earn careers by proving themselves through this chances but they get that chance by proving they deserve it in the youth system ,Gai failed in the youth system just like Munisia and many others .players like Bojan and GDS failed taking the fair chance they got in the 1st team .
Deulofeu has been the best player B had for some time and got the best player award in Segunda .not even giving him a season with 1st team will never look good for young prospects .and not loaning him for the right teams doesn't help either
Failing in inferior team isn't just on him ,system and fit are way more important for his success than the level of the team

Good to see Samper training with the first team today. I am hoping Barca do not let this player go, loan deal or not. How many of our players have benefited from a loan deal? Alba and Pique succeeded away from Barca before they came back. Pedro, Messi, Iniesta, Busquets have all stayed with barcelona. Tello and Cuenca, many thought they were the players to fill the gap - both got loan deals and have gone out the picture completely. We need to edge this player into the squad and it should start now. Make him part of the match squads. Give him minutes in games. Next season he should be a full time member of the first team. Barca B will not be in segunda and the league will be so below his level - he wont progress. Some might say send him out on loan, but why loan him. He is our future.

He might as well be with the first team if he isn't even going to play in the train of mediocrity that is Barca B. He's getting Deulofeu minutes despite being Barca B's best midfielder.

Not sure that you know what you're talking about here.
Tello has been named "player of the month" in the portuguese league and is having a wonderful season apart from his actual injury that kept him away from the clash against Bayern.

I know what you mean but I don't think he has a real chance at barca compared to what we expected a few years ago. I'd love to be proved wrong though cause he was one of my favourite players. Although the transfer ban may allow him to get a chance next season. Is he only on loan for a season? Baring in mind the difference in quality between barca and Porto though. Would have liked him to have gone on loan to a Spanish team.
