Sergio Agüero

Pretty good signing considering he is coming on a free transfer.

Barca can't afford big signings this summer. We need to cut the depth and be sensible long term. Free transfers at lower wages is something we sorely need right now.

Laporta is doing the right thing.

Aguero
Garcia
Depay
Wijnaldum
Emerson (not free but will cancel out with the sum of money gaining from Todibo's transfer)

Considering the financial situation it's solid for the next 2-3 years.

In 2-3 years Messi leaves and A LOT more wages will be freed up and the contracts for other underperforming and overpaid players will also be gone.

This is a process. Have faith.

Now messi needs to leave, I seriously don't want to see a starting XI with Kun & messi in the front 3.

Can you imagine a front 3 of

Griezmann---Kun---Messi.

Please God no.

That will be the lineup. Or this will be it:

Griezmann-----Aguero-------Fati

-------------------Messi

-------------Gini--------Busquets

Alba-------de Jong--------Pique-------Roberto/Dest

We're going to have the shortest frontline in world football. Fati, Depay, Messi, Aguero and Griezmann. Mix it with the other players, we'll have one the weakest teams (strength wise) in world football. God help us if we match up against a few several physical teams in the Champions League.

At least Aguero and Depay can handle the physicality since they played in the PL for years. The others not sure.

Physicality is more than just being able to handle brute defenders smashing into them week in week out.

The question mark on Aguero is if his legs can hold up to playing regularly at the intensity needed at top level.

He has never been a player to press or looked athletic and injury problems last season.
