I don't think you understand how release clauses work in Spain.
You mean the way they worked with Thiago back in 2013?
Right

Aguero good bye gifts to Man City employees. More than 60 employees are said to have received either a Hublot or a Tag Heuer Formula 1 model watch. To put that into numbers, Hublots retail at around 8,000 pounds, while the specific Tag model he selected is worth anywhere between 1,250 and 1,650.pounds. Dayum. Each watch was engraved with the message, "Gracias! Kun Aguero".
Aguero. However, the club legend didn't stop there: he also gave each staff member a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Range Rover Evoque - the very same car he, himself, had just purchased. The swanky SUV went to one of the kit men, who Kun is believed to have admired for his work ethic, as I'm sure he does with everyone.
It is estimated he spent at least 90,000 pounds on parting gifts. Aguero turns 33 tomorrow.
He earns that in 3 days.
Although Hublot and Tag Heuer are some of the most overrated luxury brands in watches imo. So, his taste is not exactly on par with his money. If he gave them a Grand Seiko, or IWC, or something like that...
He earns that in 3 days.
For 8K, could have treated them to a IWC Portugieser, which is a legend among legends.

Nice for reminding us how poor we are in comparison with celebrities.
Fukin hell, puts into perspective just how rich these players are compared to the average middle class joe
Apologies for going off the thread. But Carlos Tevez bought all the staff a large screen plasma TV. This included the tea lady, canteen workers and laundry staff. He made his gesture after his first season at Man City because he felt he had been treated so well. I do not recollect him buying Mancini one when he left.
Welcome aguero. Lets hope hes injury free and motivated enough
