You know busquets being a dm and not being able to shield the defence because he's vacating space or is unable to keep up on any little counter and is effectively a traffic cone and then we also have stegen actually being absolute dog shit last year.

Should learn to accept valid criticism of players you may think are infallible.

Nobody said their infallible. And of course Busi is showing his age. But even when his not on the pitch, the haters will have something to whine about.

Busquets being a DM doesn't mean he is the potential single point of failure. And teams running us over with intensity is not on Busquets only.

When we win, the Busi boys always come out and talk how he is the reason for the win, how he is the guy who keeps the play flowing. So it is only fair that when we lose he gets most of the criticism, because the play is built around him, he is the centerpiece.

Of course he is not the only reason when teams run us over, but he is the main one. If he was a CM, he would get much less criticism, but he is a DM, a DEFENSIVE midfielder, but there is nothing defensive about his game, he is a liability in that department, has no attribute that a modern DM must have.

Other players have been savaged for less yet you don't seem to take issue with that. My issue is you seem to only protect past it players who were previously great for the club but are definitely now substandard for any elite team.

Busi is one of the biggest issues defensively for us espcially in any high intensity game. He's been exposed against teams who press well multiple times yet us the fans have to keep enduring him. He's definitely one of the main issues for our defensive frailty, I still think he brings something to the team against lower calibre teams but it's infuriating when he's played for so many minutes regardless of the opposition.

In essence people hate him cause he's an issue that won't seem to go away, like I said other players have been hated and abused far worse for much much less. What makes it worse are retarded posters who seem to think that having a decent game against low calibre opposition seems to invalidate any criticisms and then proceed to want to call out people who respectfully point out anything negative about him.
