What does it take to bench this bum... He's always bailed out because there is always a bigger moron on the pitch like Piqu? in the last match...

Not really a shocker.

I mean go back a few months ago towards the end of last season when we were on that poor stretch of games and Busi was suspended vs Celta where we won 3-1 without him and, instead of praising the team Xavi was quick to slobbering all over this guy's junk claiming that "We needed him out there" even though hey we just won 3-1 without him.

The dude is like a son to him.

Xavi is a moron. He will be exactly like OGS. A few false dawns and the fans get excited but ultimately he will deliver NOTHING.
Why don't we just give all these amigos life contracts si we can go down to Segunda.

I have given up on this club, that levers addicted moron at the helm does not give a single fuk that Xavi the great and his Amigos homies are destroying this club. Messi as a player coach would do better than this shit.

We will go further down because we were too dependent on Messi. We are in a situation like Man Utd. They never truly recovered after SAF retired. We will struggle in europe in the same manner for the next many years.

That depends on our manager. As someone mentioned in another thread, rebuilds happen relatively quickly when the right manager oversees the project.

This is honestly hilarious.

Next we'll hear Xavi has persuaded Busquets to stay on another season instead of leaving for MLS whilst Frenkie will be sold. It's so predictable.

As with Valverde, Setien and Koeman, we are going nowhere with Xavi.

You guys are just taking the pizz ?

Granted Busqs got caught on possession ONCE against Inter and sadly it ended up with them scoring. Now that rarely happens if we are being honest and the rest of the game he played well .

Nobody talking about the time early on , when he won the ball ten yards outside their box and created an a clear chance on goal ..

All the good link up play , breaking down opposition attacks is all overlooked as so many in here are either totally against him or just follow the others as it Is easier to one of the gang !

Xavi knows far more about football than any of us in here - to believe the opposite is simply ludicrous

He actually got caught on possession several times in that one sequence of play. The last one was just fatal.

What you seem to neglect, is that what he brings is massively overshadowed by what he costs us every game. Attackers and attack oriented players in general have the room and obligation to make risky plays and mistakes.
A dm does not have that justification. His role is to provide stability, linkup and cover for those attacking players for when they mess up. Not mess up himself because there is no one left to cover if that happens.
He is a liability and cost us at least a goal (which fucks with our fragile mentality) against all good opponents.

He is caught in possession, and he is slow and phisically bad. The tragic part is that he is still our best passer in midfield by a distance. That being said, we should still drop him because his off the ball game is simply too much of a weakness to cover, especially without Kounde and Araujo behind him.
