Plus, La Roja haven't been able to solve their scoring problem even recruiting a Brasilian while scoring is something Deulofeu has consistently done in International play...Speed & skill, but most importantly understanding of how to link up in the system the Catalans have perfected around the world

Can't tell if you're trolling or not... Deulofeu barely played any minutes for the senior NT. We're not talking about U19 international football here.

Iniesta is Spanish and if he was given the choice between the two, I'm pretty sure he would play for Spain.

But in youth NT, you play against youth defenders ONLY, or against best YOUTH players from your generation.

In a senior NT you play against BEST players from 10-15 different generations, aka against the best of the best.
There are 10s of examples in world's football history, even in Barca's when some players who were even the best in the world in youth tournaments, failed miserably in a senior football. (Deulo is not even close to be the best in the world in youth ranks)

Saviola was the best young player in the world when we bought him.
Simao was the next Figo and one of the best young players in the world.
Bojan was, well, everyone knows Bojan.

Jumping from youth NT teams to senior teams, is more or less the same as being the best player in Levante and then coming to Barca.
Maybe you will make it in Barca, maybe you won't.
(With much higher chances that you won't.)

??? Pique last year had a good season but majority thanks to Mascherano... Pique has been fucking around for a good 4-5 years now bailed by Puyol influence & now Mascherano.. he can't lead a goat out of a farm house let alone a team ANY TEAM... ask his team mates why he is not one of the captains and that's for a very good reason.. he is an awful leader who lacks focus ALL THE TIME (Refer to Graham Hunter Barcelona book & Puyol /Pique comments on Pique's own performance )

What rubbish. Pique has had two great seasons in row now and has been the leader of the backline. Especially this season.

He was admittedly poor in two seasons, but you're exaggerating it as if Ramos has been a reincarnation of Baresi when he's been poor most of the time himself, but I guess he scores goals and is a Real Madrid player hence automatically the "Pride of Spain" and a national symbol so all his poor performances will be masked while Pique's great performances will be underrated to an extreme degree.

You talk about Pique lacking focus when that haven't happened in two seasons now. Sure he does childish stuff sometimes, but when it's game time, he's fully focused. Atleast he doesn't leave his defence to play as a striker and leave his team exposed time after time after time like the VERY FOCUSED Sergio Ramos.

What an absurd thing to say in this discussion. Deulofeu only faced other U21 or U23 or whatever-age players, and never played against top-level teams and players, defenders. How does that mean nothing?
