Thought he played very well there last night.. his passing is always going to be the burden on him but you can't fault him for either of the goals that went in. He was all over the pitch, winning balls back everywhere. He's most certainly not first choice for that position but a serviceable backup just like he's always been.

Meh... like i said, he's a serviceable replacement when injuries are upon us. I wouldn't like to see him have to start a bunch of games in a row there for obvious reasons but Pep got him comfortable with the role throughout the preseason and the start of the season so at least he can be useful

Had a bad game... I think he was supposed to be the make shift LB covering for Abi when the Frenchman drifts into central defence but he was no where to be seen doing that during any of Valencia's counters
