Thiago just did what everyone say JDS should do. The difference being Thiago knows he's good enough and wasn't afraid of leaving his comfort zone.

This. Plus, no matter how you look at it, the board & coaches matter - a support system & emphasis on the cantera is fundamental. Had Laporta & Pep still been here, so would Thiago.

The veterans that have left, are leaving or remain unsettled as well as the cantera players who no longer feel the confidence of either the coaches or club to push for loans, sales or incentive laden contracts regarding playing time.

It´s quite lame to blame Tito when many of you did not trust Thiago in Xavi´s role. The match topics prove it.

He wasn't even ungrateful. He felt like he was good enough to play more games and didn't feel supported by the manager so he left to a club where he would play more and had full confidence of the coach. Good for him.
Sad to see how you want to make Thiago look like the bad guy when he clearly isn't.

Thiago has won the starting CM spot for La Roja. I was so upset at the situation when Thiago left but he had to get into the position he's in right now. Tito showed zero faith in him and he should have played many games last season. We groomed this kid for 9 years to be the leader of our midfield one day and he was forced to leave to get first-team minutes elsewhere. That's one of the biggest mistakes this club has made in recent years. This was the year he could have took over. It's going to cost the club something like 60M to fill Xavi's spot with somebody like Vidal.

As for Spain, you can tell Iniesta and Pedro love playing for Del Bosque. For a Madridista, Del Bosque has always understood our players very well and knows how to get the best out of them.
