I thought you were giving up? So on top of not knowing what you're talking about, you're a liar. Your character flaws are myriad.

Giving up with you, because your just there bashing away on your keyboard without a clue what your on about or whats happening. I know exactly what I'm talking about, lying with what? My character flaws are myraid? Again, what the hell are you talking about?

Put yet another troll on ignore, it's simple...let's move on rather than get bogged down with infantile posters

Why even bother being upset when we probably wouldn't have transfered anybody in the first place.

Yep... I don't get it either. This board has only signed one player last summer, Neymar, for 101 million euros. It's not like they would do anything else this summer.

We might play in the Euro League next season :D With Pinto in goal and Bagnack as our backup CB.

Spanish law says u cant give a kid a professional contract(U-18)….and no internationa U-18 can move to Spain with the sole intention of joining a club because spain doesnt allow for pro contracts if you’re U-18 or

This is not a case of violation of Spanish law, nor is it about professional contracts.

This is about youth contracts and the bending of the FIFA under 18 foreign youth signing exception.

I'm quite confident that if we appeal, the final decision (and thus a possibly ban) will be postponed until after the window is closed. In Chelski's case, matters were much simpler (question of tapping-up and whether the player had a legitimate contract at the time when it happened etc) and the court still took 5 months (September - February) to make a decision. Thus we should have enough time.

Exactly. Appealing the decision grants a stay of sanctions until the CAS hearing, which means that it should be appealed no matter what. I don't see much coming out of the appeal itself though, hence it's time to buy this summer.

Considering state of affairs, well, after reading up on the matter it doesn't really take a genius to figure out the loopholes in the RSTP. I'm not surprised our management didn't find them though. Apparently, they didn't even read Art. 19 to find the legal exceptions.

Barca should feel safe now.
