I don't want these current clowns to have any hand in a quick buying spree that will come (if) before the ban is finalized.
I'm quite confident that if we appeal, the final decision (and thus a possibly ban) will be postponed until after the window is closed. In Chelski's case, matters were much simpler (question of tapping-up and whether the player had a legitimate contract at the time when it happened etc) and the court still took 5 months (September - February) to make a decision. Thus we should have enough time.
