Spanish FA, FC Barcelona sanctioned for international transfers of minors

Per FIFA, this started in 2009, which was Laporta. FIFA says there are 10 violations, so that would really be 10 appeals to be won.

FIFA can choose to make an example of Barca. They can still also sanction other clubs.

I do think the club needs much better legal work. Huge, wealthy organizations don't have so many public legal problems..

Theoretically, they can, but it's not lawful. It will be overturned in front of court where law actually matters.

So far basically Bartomeu is saying that FCB should be an exception to these current FIFA rules which are not the most comprehensive and we plan not to change the regulations of Masia. He said there are people who are trying to destabilize the club, which apparently that Barca have evidence on but are not going to bring into light.

LOL. Wont be suprised if we lose the appeal now if this is their only reasoning/argument.

Bartomeu said Barça will continue to plan in exactly the same way as they would have otherwise.

No planning at all then :zubi:

Bortomeu: we have asked for exception of the rule, they refused, we didn't do anything wrong  he should consult his lawyers before speaking.

Wish someone would ask about Halilovic and Ter Stegen. Can't believe they haven't addressed that yet.
