So you guys apparently just signed Ki Sung Yueng. Great signing IMO. Korea plays him in the double pivot, but he's not really a pivot player (although he has the stature for a natural pivot CM). Best midfielder in the Olympics IMO along with Salcido. I haven't seen him play for Celtic though.
