He's still getting payed millions,no? Only this way he doesn't even have to train.
Sorry for not feeling heartbroken for the Bayern kid.

yeah , who cares that a player has a series of injuries that may fuck up his career since he anyways gets money.

You lament the commercialisation of the beautiful game and then spout venom like this. You dont have to feel heartbroken but atleast have respect not to feel pleasure from others misfortune. Get over it he left us. Now i know why i was taught the story of the fox and the grapes in school.

I am afraid he ends up like Deisler, not sure if many here remember him but both arrived to the Bavarian side at the age of 22 with huge potential and suffered major injuries.hope Thiago has better career than that

Didnt diesler end up with severe depression from.all his injuries

Atleast the best thing about Thiago is that his quality never drops (actually improves i guess) so I'm just hoping he can get fit and play in the EURO 2016.

It seems that the treatment under the Spanish doctor causes chronical damage to his ligament. It's a possibility. I still don't understand why Pep doesn't like Müller Wohlfahrt. He is one of, if not the best doctor when it comes to injuries.

He indeed is one of the best.

Thiago is going to Barcelona for his surgery after Pep apparently ignored his suggestion and wanted a second opinion from Dr. Cugat.

Pep enjoys way too much power in these kind of things IMO. There's a thing that crossed my mind though, remember the mole issue in the Bayern camp last season? Could it be possible that Dr. Wohlfahrt was the mole?

It's not that he "gets money". Thiago has already earned more money than you or me will make in a lifetime (probably) Is it a shame that he has had this serious injuries? Yes it is. But other than the Spain NT, we have little interest in Bayern being mighty, in fact the exact opposite is true. Look at last season and how other teams benefited from the injuries to Messi and Neymar.

I've read that Lahm has a cozy relationship with BILD and thought it could be him.

But Thiago is stupid if he isn't going to Dr. Wohlfahrt this time again.

Another 6 months out for him, after his surgery today.

Dr Cugat performed the surgery, with the supervision of a Bayern doctor.
