“Not De Gea, not Valdes, not Reina. It’s the opposite – they back Casillas.
“Simon can say whatever he wants, but I think I’ve already saved enough points for Belgium and I’m playing good games for Atletico. He has to stay humble and respectful.”

Mourinho would be INSANE to not let this kid have a chance, especially as Cech has made several mistakes this season.
Mignolet should NEVER be picked over Courtois unless Courtois is injured or dead, or, by some miracle(for Miggy) that Migmeister actually is in better form.

Chelsea would have to sell Cech then because Courtois wants to be #1 keeper and play all the games and I doubt they would bench Cech.

I'd just say something like this to him.
Okay, so you want to be first choice from the start, but that's not going to happen. Cech is very experienced, he's been one of the best goalkeepers in the world of the past 10 years, but I feel you have the ability to match, or even surpass him, so what I want from you is to prove yourself since it would be unfair on Cech to just drop him because you think you should start. You may have to sit on the bench at the start of the season, but if you prove your ability then you will play, after all, Cudicini was one of the best keepers in the league when Cech arrived, and then he took his place as our first choice. You are in a similar position to that, and you have the ability to do what Cech did. If you want to leave because I don't guarantee your position, then to me that says you aren't confident you can be better than Cech, that you're not confident that you can be Chelsea's number 1, and I don't want somebody here who's not confident in their ability to become the best, who isn't confident in being Chelsea's goalkeeper, especially when they can be one of the best in the world, not just for the club.
You just have to psyche him up, at the end of the day even though I want him to be our keeper next season, he still has to prove that he deserves to be first choice, we can't drop Cech for him just cause he wants guaranteed starts, it's just not right. Plus, it's not like Cech is shit and we are in dire need of a new keeper, but Courtois is going to be better providing he doesn't have a bullshit horrific injury like Cech did.

You should just give Courtois away for free to Barca and keep playing Cech. Everything sorted.

hmmm, I like Madrids keeper, very very good. I don't want him to be back up to Courtois.

Courtois was a bit over the top in those Mignolet comments, but he's the better goalkeeper thats for shure. He's only going to Chelsea to be the first option.
