Thats the problem though.. You cant teach a bird how to swim (i know bad comparison )..

walcott has absolutely horrendous ballcontrol and technique.. i dont ever see him improving in that area ENOUGH to be a barca player. And its not just his ballcontrol but also his decision making.. he is basically just an athlete who can run really fast and has a decent shot.

Walcott will never be intelligent to play in this Barca side IMO. If he'd come here at 17/18 then maybe he could developed to some degree, but seen as Arsenal aren't bad at bringing through younger players and he's still ended up quite disappointing then he'd never cut it for us imo.

Yes, speed. His 'assist' was woeful. His finish at the Emirates as well (ok not woeful but neither good) but Valdes should have done better.

oh you gotta be kidding me!! Walcott and under-rated!? The both terms, in case of Walcott, are as far away from each other as is north pole from the south one!!


An english player under 21 playing for a top club can never ever be under rated
