If we make an offer, I think he'd go to Barca over RM, since we need a CB, and RM don't. Hell, there's a decent chance Marquinhos would start for us right away. As for RM, there's no way he'd start over Ramos or Varane.

Mata had a fantastic season. He was by far their best player IMO.
