The problem guys is that we only have 60 million euros for transfers in the summer. That's not enough to bring in Neymar + Center Back + Goal Keeper. Unless they sell Valdes for 20-25 mil and maybe Villa for 15 mil. This time they need to be very careful in the transfer market because they've have been awful in the last 5 years. Apart from a couple of good transfers, the rest have all flopped out.

Luiz and Kompany are just another non-sense pipe dream rumor ,just like the rumores we were interesred in Thiago Silva while he was totally out of our price range .those 2 players in very rich clubs and hopefully we aren't gonna waste our time trying to sign them
Agger & Vermaleen are way too injury prone to try to sign them tbh
Vertonghen? well he is a good option ,but if they qualified for CL it will be extremely tough to get a player from Tottenham ,sad that we could have got him cheaply and De Boer kept telling us he is perfect fit
Hummels is perfect fit ,and BVB might sell him ,but if we get Neymar we won't have the money for him,something that makes me wish that we get Neymar in 2014
Not sure about the last 3 as I haven't see much from them
The question is:are we gonna sign Neymar next summer? Scolari advised him in publicity to stay until the WC ,saying it will a mistake to leave now and that he should have left in 2011
If we don't sign him we will have enough money for a top GK and CB

I don't think thiago silva rumours were bull, I think we were legitimately interested but just couldn't afford it
Fair call, I just think Luiz has so much potential for greatness, whereas Agger is at his peak...

I'd say Agger a little above average defender. But he has a very bad history with injuries.

Why is it though, that we can spend our whole budget (some would say waste) on Ibrahomovic, but we cant on a world class CB that would help us dominate in Liga/CL?

Ibra was a Laporta signing. Laporta did not give much thought into whole aspect of Debt management...

Deals like Ibra deal is the reason why right now we can't sign the likes of Silva now ,It was stupid mistake that we are paying for right now with a small transfer budget

His has a disastrous history with injuries but he's over it and been almost injury free for the 2nd season now.

If we go by the rumors, and why shouldn't we, transfer fee wasn't a problem in Silva's case. We already had a deal with Milan early in the summer, but were we to meet his wage demands he would have been the second highest earner in the club. He didn't budge on that front, and thus it wasn't to happen - dribble down effects making it far more costly than a bloated transfer fee would.
