Rumour is that Bayern Munich scuppered Arsenal's transfer of Drexler !

Rumour popped up again today in Bild that Bayern wanna sign Draxler at the end of the season.
Draxler's contract expires in 2018, but he has allegedly a fixed buyout clause of 45.5 mil €.

Horst Heldt told the press that Draxler will still play for Schalke next season.

Tbf, all outlets reporting that refer back to Fjortoft's twitter (where he posted that Bayern called Schalke to stop them from selling Draxler to Arsenal). Since then it's been denied 923,384,834 times but he keeps talking about it to save his face after practically already announcing Draxler to Arsenal a done deal. Now Bild etc are just picking it up everytime he opens his mouth.

If Arsenal go for him again and decide to offer enough I'm sure he'll be off. Not that they need him atm anyway.
