i think we need to take some lessons from chelsea. Invest small in big potential players and send them on loans, Over all if 50 percent reach their potential and become stars, you can chose who to call back. That actually is equal to purchasing stars from other teams at absolutely no cost.

You can sell the rest when and if required.

Now with inflated market, big clubs are finding it difficult to sign quality players, image middle size or small size clubs. They would happily take loan player (quality players) to boost their teams. Its a win-win situation.

Face to Chelsea, we have our youths who we keep on loaning, so in a way, we got that covered in a way.

On the other hand, we just signed Alen from Zagreb, isn't that a good enough example?

I cant think of anything worse.

It may make the club a bit of money but I hate the way Chelsea are almost trying to buy and sell young players without much thought of developing them as first team players at their club.

This is totally against what Barcelona are all about in my opinion.

And then you forgot for example Thorgan Hazard, Marko Pasalic, Cristian Cuevas, Christian Atsu and Nathan Chalobah.

They also have a handful of the best English under 18's... might stand for nothing, but if one of the group turns out to be a Wilshere/Barkley youngster, could be big.
