Sir Alupp Heynrguson
I'd much rather an experienced Spanish goalkeeper who actually speaks the language then some random German youngster.
...
Unless said keeper happens to be Reina...

De Gea (who isn't experienced btw ) is no longer an option with his current performance
At the moment the jury is still out on Bartra and no one knows how Abidal is going to recover so it seems sensible to go for a CB, we can't end of going through large parts of the season playing stand in and part time CB's, it's happening too oten for nothing to happen.People talk a lot about bringing 1-2 new CBs. I'm just wondering how they would fit in. I mean, we have Piqué, Puyol, Mascherano, Bartra and now Abidal is coming back. That is five players for two places. If we bring in 1-2 new CBs that would make it 6-7 people for two places. How does this make sense?

Why not Demichelis. I know he's old but can be very useful.
If de Gea is not experienced, what is ter Stegen then?
Well let me put it like this Ter Stegen is a great goalie with huge prospects, while DeGea is an overrated clumsy joke.
