Everytime I open this thread it's basically the same thing. Us being rumoured with a defender and Darthvader saying he hasn't seen much of that player, but that Thiago Silva should be the priority, and if not him.. he'd go for Iñigo or Marquinhos

I'd honestly haven't seen anything of Doria. I can attest to Dede though. Honestly if TIto thinks we still have a chance for Silva and I think we still have a chance. Management should be throwing Alves+ money at PSG honestly

Another great option is Igor Lichnovsky from Chile. And being on the topic of Chile, they have a great young forward at Catolica named Nicholas Castillo, who would be much cheaper than Lewa and a great finisher for Neymar and Messi and the wingbacks to have as a final play.

I applaud that you're actually looking outwards to find less known players who have talent yet not as much media attention. The marquee signing isn't always the preferable one.

Although Castillo may be talented, we don't really need a young forward because we have many young goalscorers from the academy (Deulofeu, Tello, Sandro, Dongou) who are improving and are around the same age as or younger than Castillo.

Credit great thing about buying from there is the value for your money. Your buyin a player that has had to make his professional bones at age 16-17 and has realized pressure already as well as it's way cheaper and you can sell him in a year for profit if you have someone you prefer. With that said, Castilo can offer something the other few can't as of this year and next. Players like Tello and Duelo are different from Castilo who can be a CF in the mould of Lewa for cheap.

As far as Igor.. He is a must, I think. I have a few names of good defenders we should getfr South America that will be worth five fold in a couple years. Holla at me Zubi ;-)

On serious note, still lacking for Keita replacement. Need that. As well two CB's. those should be priority. You know I want Paulinho to replace Keita but I have wanted him for over a year.. Won't happen.
