I have a sinking feeling in my heart that either RM or Bayern will win it this year. RM give no shits about any other competition. Bayern only has Dortmund to worry about. Both teams have looked like shit throughout the competition but are still going through (tell-tale signs of going on to win the trophy).


We are the only team left in the CL that's fighting in all 3 competitions. That takes a huge mental toll on the players and the coach.

The title race is closer in Germany than it is in la liga.

Game was a snoozefest. But no, I don't see them struggling in the return leg. No way Benfica is going with a clean sheet out of that game, and scoring at least 3 is quite a task.

Do I get to laugh at the possibility of Bayern being eliminated by Benfica in the away game just so Real Madrid can draw them in the next round? Would be the luckiest road to a final in football history. Benfica gladly bending over for everyone's hero in that little country. (Lived there, he's on every street corner and billboard in Lisbon and people just won't shut up about him. Needless to say, I moved far away from there..)

Bayern is ofc a good team, and we might lose. But i dont really fear them that much, wouldnt mind drawing them.
