Can we at least agree that RM is weaker than both Barca and Bayern whom got beaten by atletico in a convincing fashion?

Absolutely not. They're gonna have all the time to rest and prepare (if they get there) with a lot less miles on the legs than us, and are MUCH better distance shooters which is vital against Atleti. Real get an early goal or a wonder goal and they could pick Atleti off. Their front 3 are all in good form and all have the ability to win it on their own.

Irrelevant. A lot of those were shots from 20-30m. range. It was obvious they were gonna have more chances. It was the case with Barca as well, on Camp Nou. If we scored our chances, we would've won the game 5-1 or smth like that. Atletico gives you chances, but not very clear ones. You have 4-5 very good chances to score against them, the rest are shots, or half-chances that could go in on a great day, but usually don't. It's how they play. They force you to come up with something extraordinary to beat them.
Still 35,
Thats a team that tried

Trying to get the reaction of some Bayern fans. Seeing wether they feel robbed, blame Pep, cry or be as relaxed as I am.
I'm disappointed but I don't feel like anything was bad about the game. Should have scored a third yes, missed a pen yes, stupid goal to give away yes, but this was like the type of Bayern that I like, when they work for the shirt they wear.
Very little mistakes, just that they were punished immediately by an excellent and effective opponent. I was so furious during the first leg, not because of the result but because there were Bayern players jogging during the build-up play. I didn't see anything like that today. Determined performance, still won, yet lost, that's football but I think I can still sleep good tonight. Atleti really deserve this final.

You da real MVP.

Creds to Bayern, unlike the previous two years, they shown how good they could be tonight even if it wasnt quite enough.

Athleti are somehow beginning to evoke memories of the Valencia side during the early 2000's. Impressively qualifying for two successive finals before ultimately failing at the summit. I fear it could be the same once again this time with Athletico. In this case it's not back to back finals but you get my drift.

Similar in ideology and motivation too.

Atletico played well in the first leg but not today. Yes they were very efficient and had spurts of brilliance here and there but they were too few. Credit to Bayern for imposing the breath-taking domination on them, but Atletico should have and could have done better. The pressing was lukewarm and they should have tried harder to keep possession a bit.

They were being reactive. Defended as long as there was something to defend. It's important to notice that during 180 mins. Bayern were never in front in the tie. That has ultimately costed them the final imho. You don't want to be chasing a game against such a team.
