Whats he done recently to be called a top 5 striker? He had a phenominal season a couple of years ago, but has been hit with injuries and hasn't really replicated the same form since.

Ability and talent wise, he's up there. But he can't really be called a top 5 striker, especially when there are other players who are currently doing much better than him.

Of course he's proud, it's a good achievement for him, but to most people they know it's a hollow record cause he's an average striker who got lots of goals in a shit team against mainly shit teams. Then again, you can only beat what's in front of you.

The back end of last season he was quite awesome, and he's started off this season great too(4 goals and 3 assists). If he keeps this form up for the rest of the season he'll probably be deserving of being one of the best strikers right now.
