Torres doesn't play for Barca they both play for Spain. It could be argued that the players I listed above are as good if not better than the attacking players we have to support Torres bar Gerrard.

when he wants it, you're fucked. he's scored in all but one of the finals he's appeared in and is the only player around with as good a scoring record against big teams as small teams. no way to guard against him unless you've got a miracle up your sleeve (vidic in the '08 final, valdes in the '09 semi-final...twice!)
