He's better than he was 2 years ago. Watch the l'OM game, he was caught offside slightly less and had fewer shots off traget before he got his 2 gols. If anything old age is a blessing for him, means he isn't fast enough to be offside as much.

He isn't the most skilled or most creative (Ibra), he's not the best shooter(C.Ronaldo, should be on the list btw), not the strongest (Ibra, Drogba) or the fastest(C.Ronaldo, Eto'o) and he doesn't score the most goals(Eto'o, Villa). Fuck Torres! maybe in a few years but right now the dude's getting all the glory after basicly having done nothing of note, except score a goal in a final. Overrated.

How many games did he go score/assistless after that hatrick vs Hull? 4. He did nothing vs Fiorentina and Chelsea, was out against Sunderland and Lyon, and came back and scored vs United. I stand by my post, untill he proves me wrong. Some people argue that the mark of a worldclass striker is that he scores in "big" games, I would argue that the mark of a worldclass striker is that he he imposes his game in more or less every match.

Ibra has proven that he doesn't need a team to play great for him to shine. He was a one man army at Inter. Somehow, he always found a way. Ronaldo, the fat one, was like that, Villa is like that, and I'm beginning to think Dzeko is like that. Torres is not.

Actually if you include the CL then Ibra has 10 games, 8 goals and 4/5 assists or so, so he's in almost as good form. They are both awesome right now. I'm happy for Ibra, many people doubted him but he's done well so far.

Because he's a dick. It's hard to dislike really good strikers, but Drogba manages to make it virtually impossible to like him.
