1. Jupp Heynckes - A top coach definitely. Besides, he knew how to murder Barca mercilessly, so he can also fix the weaknesses we have. I also belong to the rare group of people who think that Barca need to evolve their tiki-taka football philosophy a little bit. So a German influence on the club sits perfectly.

2. Jurgen Klopp - My second choice. He is a very likable fella and has managed Broussia Dortmund admirably. Actually this guy is very close to being my first choice.

3. Arsene Wenger - Knows the Barca style by heart, a firm believer of the youth system and a wonderful manager overall. It would be difficult to lure him away; but if the offer is pitched rightly to him it's not impossible. He can win trophies at Barca and can work with the likes of Messi and Co.

I would have to admit that I'm not so sure about AVB. Signing him could be a bit of a gamble. But the 3 above surely can make Barca better in my opinion.

Those are the names that I prefer the most too but in a different order.

1. Jurgen Klopp - the best possible choice atm.

2. Arsene Wenger

3. Jupp Heynckes

If only they think of them it would be great. Instead names like AVB, De Boer, Laudrup, Luis Enrique Tata Martino are serious candidates, WTF ?!!! What is the point with these truly mediocre names in terms of coaching skills, talent and experience ?!

Why on earth you wouldn't consider first true, good, proved coaches like these three ?!

I too am really disappointed at the names being linked heavily. I think a club of Barca's stature should first fix their high command and work on their ability at making the best deals possible. The high command and their incompetence is a serious bummer. And it has cost us heavily in the past and continues to do so. There are zillions of examples of Barca's bad office management. Why Pep Guardiola left the job is still not clear to me. Rosell and Co. should have handled the Pep situation better. I heard that Pep was tired of all the stress and now he has taken up Bayern Munich job and that's not going to be any less stressful, especially after their treble season. They buy players at extremely high prices and sell at extremely low. They mismanaged Thiago issue as well. They let him go for lesser than what could have been fetched from the market. Firstly, Thiago should have been persuaded to go out on loan. If that was impossible then they should have put a buy-back clause; which I'm not sure if they managed to do because I was too pissed to look into the details of the deal.

Wenger's not going to happen, sorry. He's staying at Arsenal. He rejected Real Madrid... twice!

Yep. Wenger will get mummified after leaving Arsenal. I wonder why people still consider Arsene Wenger an "option" for any other club. His project "getting second and third rated players combined with his French/African teenagers fetish" and finishing in the CL spots each year" will continue at Arsenal.

14 pages and no one has mentioned me? I only wore the shirt as a foreign player more times than anyone before Leo overtook me.

Is anyone familiar with Tata Martino ??. His coaching style, formations, personality etc.

A bit similar to Bielsa I can say: Pressing hard and keeping the ball. He was a player under Bielsa back in the day. However, unlike the "Maniac" I think he has the personality to coach a big club like Barca. Bielsa is good for a chalk and a blackboard. Martino on the other hand, I believe is more flexible, doesn't have a shitty man management and don't think the players are robots!

Improvin' Perfection!!
Why is the media on about Martino being Messi's choice? These batsards will be all over Leo if Tata's signed and, God forbid, he failed over here!!

Also, I don't understand the stupid :He has no experience in Europe: tag... I am not actually saying that we should sign Tata but what the hell is this tag anyway!? Like there is no football outside Europe! Like his heroics with Paraguay in the WC and Copa America is just a child's game!!

If only wenger wasn't so loyal, he's a brilliant manager and would do so well with our players.
