not in the top clubs, professional football at the top level is very psychically demanding, they are playing 2 matches per week, almost every day training, spectators wants show, they have to perform, i doubt it they can do it just because of healthy lifestyle, my theory is they use enhacing drugs and its well covered, because there is alot of money and you dont want people to stop watching, in cycling there isnt much money so you can talk about doping.
