Xavi Hernández

He does not transmit confidence. He whines, complains, blames the players, refs and loses his shit way too often. He's too emotional. Thats why he's been booked so many times this season.

Plus he has already shown he will quit when things get rough. Who is to say he won't bail again and quit on the team if we go on a bad run of games next season. Then after all the levers he whines again and mouths off to the press that we cant compete with Madrid because we're broke etc and they are too strong. Lol. He can't be trusted. If you can't work with the current finances then leave. Simple.

We should give him credit for the next season. He is cooked, prepared no transition in atack, Cancelo will play important games.
Felix got worse and worse, Guiu worse and worse, Cubarsi worse and worse, Fort worse and worse.
But after all we should give him credit for a new season, people can change. Is more difficult in the case of egocentric people but not impossible.
The only shocking thing is that people who claim to be fans didn't know Xavi was a more diplomatic CR7 caracter wise. Same superficial bonding with people same egocentric nature, same outburst(less but same) same delusions of grandeur.

He's created a mentality at the club where we are not at fault for the results that come to pass. This is abysmal management.

Funnily enough on the surface the results haven't been bad. 2nd to a Real Madrid likely to end on 97 points, ucl 1/4 final, copa del rey was poor. Overall not dreadful results-wise.

His comments could build on that, could have a fair reflection on these competitions and then say we must improve in x, y or z way. Instead it's 'wah wah Real Madrid have a hisoric team'. There's no way these comments don't get even more whiney with Mbappe + Davies + Endrick joining Real Madrid next season.

Sure, if you just look at numbers, results aren't a catastrophe.

But LL is worse than ever. Current Real isn't some outstanding team. Atletico was a shambles for most of the season. The other semi-important teams in the league are also poor. Take out Madrid's lucky penalties win vs City and you're basically left with no Spanish team in any European semis or final this season.

In CL we got an easy group, then had the fortune to play a Napoli in disarray. Once we met a strong team we were finished.

On top of all this, the football played just wasn't convincing. And what's worse is that we were found out in the biggest games.

Xavi or the deluded fans might rant all they like, but at the end of January we were already out of LL and Copa and winning the CL would have never happened.

I say let Xavi finish next season, go all in on Klopp as his replacement, the guy has bough a house in Mallorca. If the club offer him a helicopter so he can fly in for the training sessions and the matches, he can live there away from the insanity that is can barsa. The team is full of vertical players, Klopp is the grand master of the vertical game. After a year of rest in Mallorca he will be ready to take on a proper challenge again, tikitaka can go in the trashcan and we can go all in on gegenpressing. It will work wonders against Real Madrid, a club that is allergic to that kind of football.

People talk about getting Klopp like it's something Barca can do whenever they want to.

There has to be an elaborate plan in order to lure him in. We're still flip-floping between firing Xavi or not. A guy with Klopp's status doesn't want shit like that.

And it's not even a sure thing that he's a good match for a club like current Barca.

People still fantasizing about Klopp Pep or Arteta
GET OVER IT folks! None of them are coming

- Pep has said it a million times
- Klopp doesn't speak a word of Spanish and has said many times he won't coach where he doesn't speak the language, let alone the whole world (Bayern, German NT, England NT, EPL clubs, etc) will be after him in 2025
- Arteta is not an idiot to quit a great project at Arsenal and the best league in the world, which is now starting to reap the benefits to come and coach a mess in disarray
- Enrique is not coming as well, he is in a many-year project at PSG with a rebuilding

Sacrificing another season on whims and fantasies is criminal!

There is no way Klopp is joining this mess, the politics and nepotism at this club is going to drive away any top managers, heck Pep won't ever come back either.

And then you have the board, doesn't matter if it's Barto, Font, Laporta.. they only want YES-MEN for managers. Hence why it'll be Marquez and not Tuchel/Flick.

Politics is destroying the club, already seeing these fucking simp fans begging Xavi not to leave and lamenting the way the media and club is treating him.. YIKES. A club the size of Barca with our calibre of players over the last 10 years should not be hiring managers who haven't earned their stripes.. and then we wonder why we can't win fuck all in Europe.

Honestly done at this point, give this clown another season, burn everything down and hopefully sell off half the club to investors, get rid of the politics and do a proper rebuild without choirboy mentality. Perez sees the future and is planning accordingly, our club is posting gay pics of Lewandisney's toned legs in training.

We have better places near Barcelona than Mallorca

Too much doom and gloom on this place. And for what? A 2nd place finish and a CL quarterfinal where we were better than PSG in 11 vs 11. All this with a team in financial trouble who could't even play the home games at home.
