Europe has exposed how hollow our offensive tactics are.

0 goals in 3 out of 4 games against Inter and Bayern. Crazy. Not even a shot on target today at home.

Xavi's tactic is simply and only based around passing it to wingers and them creating chances from sheer superiority. When we encounter actual serious teams that aren't full of amateurs this tactic gets easily shut down and we have no offense as they pay special attention to Dembele.

Equally it seems Bayern today realised how weak we are in transitions and were simply holding the ball till we overcommitted forward.

Xaviball is full of holes. We will keep seeing the usual suspects celebrate wins against Elche as if it was a Champions League final and venerating Xavi's work but thankfully, for most people, Europe has exposed these terrible shitty basic tactics.

Spot on. It's ridiculous he keeps on trying this strategy when everyone figured it out six games ago or more.

Said it from the get go he should be sacked for the CL group exit. But many pussies in here are fawning over Xavi winning the league.

He's lucky we had Setien.

If it weren't for that, Xavi would easily go down as the worst manager in the last 20 years.

Is anyone confident in our chances in the Europa League? It is much stronger than last season when we still lost.

Zero chance this team wins the Europa league. If they get a bad draw they might get knocked out in the first round… which might not be the worst thing… gives them more time to rest and focus on La Liga

I still have a little bit of hope for La Liga, CdR, EL. If he doesn't win either La Liga or EL AND CdR then it's definitely goodbye Xavi.

What's to focus on La Liga? Do you seriously think these things are happening randomly and we can win the league after not being able to get out of a CL group?
