Nah. Very rarely so. Serie A > Bundesliga at the moment. Bundesliga is fun, but at the top in Europe, there's Bayern and not much else. Some seasons they do nicely, but generally, only Bayern is considered a top team from Bundesliga.

It’s completely irrelevant what other coaches do at smaller clubs. There are lots of them and some might hit it right by pure chance. It rarely translates (not denying that someone could be the real deal as well).

The standards between big and small clubs are incomparable.
