It depends what they achieve.It’s completely irrelevant what other coaches do at smaller clubs. There are lots of them and some might hit it right by pure chance. It rarely translates (not denying that someone could be the real deal as well).
The standards between big and small clubs are incomparable.
If Michel makes a title race with Girona that's nonsense. How can it possibly be harder to compete for a title with Barcelona than Girona.
Your post makes sense in clubs where they have radically reduced expectations, like finishing top10 or in EL spots or something, because that might not translate to competing at the very top, but they are currently 1st in the league, ie already competing at the top.
