He has talents, but obviously he's very raw, he needs to refine himself a bit and work on playing more functionally instead of always going for a dribble.
Not sure Raphinha is so amazing either though as he doesn't give you the same threat and verticality.
Lamine should play from the bench sometimes as well as a starter.
