I reckon we’d struggle under Xavi if we had Leipzig or Dortmund in our CL group. We can count our lucky stars that our group consists of confederation’s cup fodders.

A good illustration of what we're missing is to look at City's second goal from today, consider the elements involved, and ask what we would have done in the same situations: https://dubz.live/c/d4f7b2

1. Walker's first touch central pass to Rodri. We definitely would not have made that pass. An average, expected action in our team would be a touch to control, a look at the central option while it disappears, a few touches more and a safe, open pass, likely backwards or to the side.

2. Another first touch forward pass by Rodri, advancing the play out to Alvarez. We definitely wouldn't have made that one either.

3. Alvarez takes two touches and shifts it diagonally out to Grealish. Would like to believe that we'd have made this but can't be sure.

4. As soon as Grealish gets it and begins cutting in, Silva makes a 30 meter run to overlap. Wouldn't have happened in a million years for us.

5. Nice cross and a goal. Not much to say there, just sensible execution.

A goal consists of a chain of positive actions. Our chain would have broken three times.

None of these actions are that complicated or require great individual ability. They require focus, courage and collective understanding of how to add tempo, build momentum and put pressure on the opponent. This is what is needed to play top football.

How can a manager at this level, watch Romeu make mistake after mistake vs cannon fodder for weeks and think "hmm I will bring him on against Madrid, should be fine". Just why? It's mind boggling. Not even a case of a player fans don't want to see on the pitch, the guy literally causes calamity.

We are down to the bare bones with players missing sure but in this situation, that was a horrible sub that cost us.

He's inherited Busi's unique skillset that makes him vital to be part of the playing XI at some point in the match

Xavi comes across too often as if he has done everything right and the world has conspired against him.

There needs to be accountability from himself his staff to his players.

Seen too often players he will play time and again no matter how they play.. seen too often his bitching from sidelines about styles of play, pitches and officials or even just 'luck'.

No wonder likes of Gundo is pissed off with it.

Barca have become a club full of excuses... board make an error or Barca dont win... look at what we inherited.. Barce lose a game.. officials, weather, pitch, opponents style, luck all get thrown out.

How about looking inside and demanding more... players who are made out to be top class not delivering anywhere near level Xavi seems to think or a lot of money spent and still key positions from two years ago not adressed etc.

Absolute culture of excuses too often.
Savage truth.

As a player he was an entitled whiner and he hasn't changed much.
We missed the boat with Tuchel and Ten Hag.

And with Pochetino, and with Ange, and with Gallardo, and with tons of others.

Laporta and his buddies are incompetent in deciding who the coach should be.
We need professionals with expertise to decide on that

None of those 3 bums have had any success with a top 3 club historically. Expectations are different at Barca.

Tuchel, Ten Haag, Pochetiino

XAVI haters have officially lost it,.

Like the great Jnr Soprano once said. "Some people are so far behind in the race that they actually believe that they're leading."

You're a bum just like your boy Xavi. Both of you have a looser mentality with a ton of excuses. You should support Roma or some shit club like that. You and Xavi have low expectations but we dont.

Haha this is a new low.

Tuchel fluked a CL win with his terrorist ball.

Ten Haag has won less than xavi. He has however managed to turn united into a bigger laughing stock than they already were on top of playing gutter football.

Pochttino, only thing he has done in his life is get sacked.
