Xavi was right about one thing, Barcelona is one of the worst positions to be in as a manager these days.

And this is gonna raise plenty of red flags for guys like De Zerbi and others too. It is a risky move to come here right now. High risk, low reward job.

You win titles while not playing great offensive football... bad. You don't win, but play better and create the most chances... bad. You can only get credit at Barcelona if you play top football and win titles every season. All of this, while working with a tiny budget for transfers.

Poor Xavi, he has to do with about 250 million transfer funds over 2 years and one of the highest wage bills in the world, what a cruel world for him. 🙄

Fuck sake you’d think he coaches Granada
and not fucking Barcelona. You can’t cope with the pressure and situation of FC fucking Barcelona, please go and sign with one of the 7-8 teams that spend more, not like they would hire a nobody like Xavi anyway. Or if you don’t want pressure stay in the fucking Qatari league and train camels.

Anyone with a football brain knows Xavi is a bum tactician

However Luis Enrique is also a bum tactician and won the treble

It doesn’t mean you can’t be successful as long as you have good man management and can handle the pressure of a top club

Unfortunately xavi seems to be a pussy who can’t handle criticism

You going to start praising him on that? What if Koeman said it?

He was in a bad position too. Came in finding a top team with stars like Messi and Griezmann, and even Dembele, and by the first year, he had to play some no-names like Jutgla, Ilias, Demir and others.

In a way, it's kind of understandable that he kind of lost it in his 2nd season .

It's a high pressure job. But you can buy time playing well.

But when the goodwill stops, that's it.

Look at Valverde. He was fired after possibly one of the best games the team played under him. One that we happened to lose.

Xavi bleating on about intensity and aggressiveness in the presser again when his team just doesn't know how to play football.

Just sack him. I'm sorry but if this is what he actually thinks we're never winning anything again.

How can you look at that game and think its because we weren't running enough that we were terrible? How does he look at every game we play badly and think "the players aren't running enough" every single time?

If anything thats the problem - all they do is run run run without stopping to think or constructing real sequences in midfield in attack. This guy seems to think his tactics every game are perfect and only problem is always the players not running enough or not having desire etc etc.
