So not true. In fact Xavi is maybe even more important to us than in 08/09. Today he just isn't giving assists anymore. He plays Dani, Messi etc open so they can give that last pass. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE XAVI'S INFLUENCE!

I agree, many times i just feel like Xavi rules the game, like its a jigsaw puzzle and he puts all the pieces in the right places. the chances he creats give barca (and very often Alves and Messi) the opinion to show everything theyve got
