This! This team has limits and we need to be aware of that. However, Xavi also has limits and this should probably be his last season here. We need someone with a game plan and someone who will have a clear vision for the next 2 or 3 years.

I don't think that anyone here thinks that Xavi is a great manager (except maybe Serghei) and majority of us want him out. However, he for sure is not the only problem we have.

Constantly swapping managers costs money that Barca dont have. At this point no manager is going to miraculously turn the season around…

I hope the next manager has no Barca ties. Its time to hire a proven world class manager.. whoever that is I have no idea

He's basically a lost cause now.

In the beginning, he had the trust of the team and we won the league even if we weren't perfect. But at this point, I think the trust is at an all-time low at this point and Xavi doesn't appear to have a critical understanding of how to fix things.

Feels like he's now the equivalent of the "Arm armchair quarterback".

If you look at the age of likes of Cubarsi, Guiu, Fort, Yamal... most of these are under 17-18.

You need to have patience. Almost half the outfield players were literally kids with basically zero experience in games like these.

The team is very young and in early reconstruction phase in multiple positions.

Also look at why they are playing...

Signing older players like Alonso and Inigo and players not good enough like Romeu.

Signing a 34 yr old on huge money who then have to take off to put on an 18 yr old.

Also muscle injuries used to get blamed on coach/training/medical team in way doesnt now.

Board and Xavi cant argue for levers and instant upgrade with the money as Barca cant have rebuilding phase and have to compete now then less than two years later be left with x4 teenagers in cup game.

Xavi cant flog players like FDJ and Gundo with 7 away games in 21 days as he is shit scared to lose to lower league teams in cup etc.

He is doing same to Araujo and can barely rest them as players are struggling to stay fit and get rest due to injuries on who would cover at times.

The structure of team looks poor too often. They look very badly coached and too many players being asked to play in way that doesnt suit them.

Barca under Xavi have spent more money than any team in league and not one of them is turning to 16/17 year olds.

Xavi has spent the money poorly and not adressed key areas like DM.
