I don't.
Xavi really seems to consider leaving... But I wonder why. Probably someone told him already he'd have a reduced role. But losing Xavi, Puyol and Valdes at once is a huge blow.

Breaking: Al Arabi manager Dan Petrescu says Barca star Xavi signed a pre-contract with his team! (Digisport) @FCBarcelona #Barcelona
Losing Xavi is more about a club legend and great player moving on, about the clear end of a cycle, and about the fact that he still could be able to contribute on limited use. However I don't see a huge leadership drop by him leaving.
Out of Valdez, Puyol and Xavi, Xavi for me exhibited the least leadership qualities.
Him leaving pretty much proofs he lacks that bit of selflessness and squad mentality to be a great leader. You can't tell me that a squad/rotational/leadership role at Barca right now is inferior to going to play to a frigging Qatari team.
Xavi will be missed, but guys, emotions aside, perhaps this is what the club needs most. A restart. Last season has shown that we need changes in club. Too many changes are of course bad, but we still have alot of old guard there and new eager players, who have yet to win big trophies and are more hungry for that. I of course would prefer seeing him as an impact sub to calm things down and pass nme to death when game situation needs it, but i am guessing Xavi himself still feels he can offer more in a less demanding league.
What's he gonna offer going to qatar? He'll play every week, be the star, but there's nothing relevant to do there, football wise.
He'll get money that's for sure. And he'll get to play. Would rather that he went to somewhere like the New York Red Bulls or New York City FC like Villa. At least then we could watch him play.
