Interesting side fact on Bixente Lizarazu - he's actually of Basque descent being born in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, which is just on the border of South-West France and Spain making it part of Euskal Herria.

Bixente is so cool. He is serving as a (sort of) pundit on TF1 during the Champions League games of French teams. Unfortunately he is too quiet and relaxed to get something in between the other two commentators and gets mocked two or three times per game.
