Valverde is a coach that lacks personality, ambition, had little success when it came to winning as a player or a manager at the big stage prior to becoming Barca manager.

A gutless man's character has transferred into the team.

Yeah, we will sink with or without EV.

The difference is how low we will sink.
I think that Xavi will guide us towards a rock bottom way faster.

Again, let's wait and see.

Let's just see how correct your prediction is. How low we will sink with Xavi in how short of a time frame?

BBZ is actually claiming we will sink faster with Xavi than with EV?

Your stubbornness in being 'right' about EV and Rakitic is now leading to some absolutely insane, borderline petulant claims.

This is the equivalent of "If I can't have my EV and Rakitic everything else is shit", 3 year old mentality. Devoid of any reasonable argument. Because you actually haven't provided an argument for why all other options are worse. At least in the past you used to make up stats to suit the narrative.

Here's a part of the reason we suck so much.

Klopp's assistant speaking about Liverpool and their style.

BTW, in a few years, if Messi retires or his form goes off a cliff and we don't win the title for a couple of seasons in the post-Messi aftermath, watch BBZ say Ernie was better than all these wannabe managers because he at least won the league. Completely leaving aside the Messi factor which saved his ass on a weekly basis.

I can totally see him doing that sort of mental gymnastics .

Its always a good sign when BBZ is opposed. How often did his predictions actually came true? Judge is out on the likes of Arthur and Xavi, but would be great if they can undo BBZ once and for all ;-)

Well, BBZ and the pro-Valverde camp got their way for almost 3 years, and us had to suffer and watch this crap football on a weekly basis. It's about time Forum de Amigos are on top.

One user said it best. This club is a constant fight between Cuyffistas and Nunistas. BBZ is Nunista. We are Cruyffistas.

And the best part is, it's not EV that he likes. In the end, it's all about HIMSELF.

We could be coached by Stoke City's manager right now and BBZ would defend him to death like he has with EV. It's all about the contrary opinion. All about the sensational opinion. All about the "I see deeper than you", opinion.

One would think with these traits, he'd actually love Pep's public persona.

There is a good chance BBZ will be right but not because of his reasons but rather because the fact that Messi is close to retiring. And it remains to be seen if there will be a sporting project by that point and who the manager will be etc..

But ofc BBZ won't give a shit and will still preach how Ivan the great and Ernesto " Why must I suffer" Valverde leaving are the catalyst for the decline of Barca (If it happens)

Things have gotten so bad EV is losing the games even when Messi is on fire (like v Atletico).

Imagine how utterly incompetent you must be at organizing a team if you lose when Messi's on fire. It's another thing if Messi no shows and you lose.

But only EV can achieve the former.

with this set of players.

That's THE problem: this set if players.
....and this is a consequence of
Xavi: "Barca have slept, for years, when it comes to signings. Those who make the signings do not know what they are doing, and you pay for that.”

The thing is he excuses Valverde with our shit players. But those things arent exclusive, Valverde can be shit as well. And he is, he has no redeeming qualities. No intensity, no charisma, no youth management. A complete zero. Getting a new coach is as good a start as selling half of our 11.

He is not ready! This idiots will now ruin him as a coach because he has slim chances of succeeding with this team. IMHO he is dumb as fuck if he accepts the job right now. He should prepare himself first for at least 2 more seasons and than take over when his former teammates retire. As much as I would like to see Valverde fired this is horribly wrong!

And what is Valverde doing to change that? This set of players have some serious flaws, but the reason they're not utilized better either is because Valverde is garbage.

I've never seen people make any excuses for Tata Martino who had an inferior Messi who was throwing up on the field most of the time, first season Neymar, lots of injuries including Valdes which prompted him to use a DJ in goal.

Tata also went up against a very strong Real and Atletico as well during his time and still had success against Real despite that Copa Del Rey final loss.

Despite what had happened we were close to winning the league and we got screwed by a shit call.
