I have been saying that Xavi is just another Pirlo. Another season wasted. No proper defensive structure combined with a lack of proper defenders and leaders is killing us.
Koeman actually had us playing decent football for a period of time. I don't think Xavi will each that level. If he doesn't qualify for CL he HAS TO GO. No ifs or buts or sentimentality.
This club has a very soft centre. Too soft. We should have gone for an experienced manager like Allegri. The football wouldn't have been pretty but we would have got results. Currently we have shit football and shit results. Xavi is part of the problem not the solution.
