If we need Ter Stegen to "save" us against Ajax (aka we're playing THAT weak), I'd rather we just lose and get the problems exposed for all to see. I'm tired of individual brilliance bailing us out and hiding our issues, also giving the board excuses to keep saying everything is fine.
I do hope he, as well as the rest of the gang + Lucho, get it right and have a good game. We need to see positive change in this match.

You can't expect the change to happen within 1 week. There must definitely be positive changes but playing Ajax in their ground is very tough and our players are also on bad run and some injured too. Plus our problems are already clear for all to see. If the coach and board does not see that we are literally fucked, because they never will. If we manage to stop easy goals from corners and set pieces we could win this match easily. But lately we are conceding very easily and i hope Mats can save those type of goals. We will take it slow, first a win would increase the morale of the team by a great deal.

If Ter Stegen is going to get the CL games, then he definitely needs to get the domestic games as well. The only way for him to get experience is play consistently.
